The Train Museum and Christmas Trees

Our last big field trip here in Texas, we made it to the Train Museum. Or rather, Bonnie and the four oldest did. I wasn't feeling very well and Rebekah was asleep, so I stayed home! Here's some of my favorite pictures.

After the museum, they headed over to the Festival of Trees in New Braunfels. Evidently it was not quite on the same scale as the Festival of Trees in Utah, but the kids still enjoyed it.

There are two wards (LDS congregations) in New Braunfels. The ward we weren't in made and donated this tree. We like all the nativities on it.

The festival was held at a beautiful location on the river--that same place we saw from the bridge that I think I posted a picture of previously.

Of course our crazy kids always want to get in the water, even if it's freezing!

As for me, I enjoyed a sleeping and a relaxing day at home.
