Alabama Arrival

Off from Louisiana, we were very soon in Mississippi. (That was kind of fun to type just now. Mississippi is a cool state name! Three double letters like that? ...eh, I might be kinda nerdy sometimes. ...Mississippi.)

The sign says "Birthplace of America's Music." We're only passing through, but I'm pretty sure I want to come back and study more about this state.

I love the beauty here. Lots of green grass and tall trees. All state long. As we went farther north, the grass started getting some more yellow in it and the trees some fewer leaves.

Can you read this sign without music in your mind? I can't! This stop became a nursing break and what I think was our first, but probably not our last, potty stop in the trees!

When we arrive at a new place, the first thing we do is jump out of the car and explore it to bits! It was just about dark when we arrived, so we ran to the backyard first, then around the home. Everyone's feeling excited about our place!

Not sure if you can tell, but it has a red door. We like it!

Yep, this is our backyard! Don't worry, that fence down there has chain-link through it. Baby can't get through.

(Yes, observant person, I know it was night time when we arrived. I'm using pictures taken later and putting them here. 😎)
